Q's Southern Bistro in Silver City

My chicken sandwich was not as described on the menu. Sweet potatoes fries were good. We have eaten here before, everything was fine @ that time. Do not know if they have changed hands or cooks. This place needs to focus more on the customer.

1st time here. Service was good, and the drinks made it better.

Excellent ribs. All the sauces are great. The staff was very friendly.

The service was really good and the Prime Rib was very tender and juicy.

Unremarkable foodThis is a nice restaurant and seems really popular with the locals, but the food was unremarkable and the service was a little slow. The prices are quite reasonable though - very cheap drinks!

This place was just to awesome. The service, the owners and the humble atmosphere was great. I travel a lot and the food here caught me off guard it was super delicious. This is a must visit.

Great service and great food! We never ran out of our drinks and the meal was out of this world. I got a chicken ceasar salad; the chicken was cooked perfectly and the dressing was delicious!

Really friendly staff, the pizza was amazing. This is my go to when I'm in need of good food and a cold beer.

I love Q's Gumbo and recently enjoyed a Green Chilie Chicken soup for lunch the was really yummy. Love their friendly service too!!!

Eh waitress was overbearing and seemed like she was in a rush to get us out even though they were not busy. Probably won't go sit down and eat there but might order to go sometime.

Haven't tried the food but i work there and the food looks and smells delish.

Walked in, ordered 4 beers, a Dr Pepper, and water. Instead of telling us they had no tall glasses due to a private party they kept us waiting. The wait staff seemed to be standing around and not really doing anything. Was not impressed. Private party seemed fun!

WOW...what a horrible experience this place was! We rode our motorcycle from Tucson and had tried to eat here, couldn’t get our drinks, food never showed after 40mins so we got up and left when they then rushed out to parking lot with food in takeout bags and expected payment...we laughed at them and rode away. You have been warned. Roy

Nice selection of draft beers, taco Tuesday very good, one of the best burgers in town and the French fries are the best in town.

It's just okay. Steak was tough and arrived at the table with a triangular shape cut out of it. Service was good and friendly. No parking.

Busy night, had to wait close to an hour for food. Ribs were fine, baked potato was cold, no butter and a small scoop of sour cream in a cup.

Delicious food & great service.

Staff great, great patio, Alfredo with green chile super, no garlic bread only garlic sticks one to a serving, beer served in glasses that make the beer go flat. Pizza hit and miss. Never opened on Sundays.

My dad says this is the best Mexican food he’s had New Mexico. Great food and great service. They have really stepped up their game. Will be returning.

We had dinner at this restaurant the first night of our vacation in Silver City. We got the nachos with brisket as an appetizer and it was delicious. I got the 911 burger with sweet potato fries for dinner. Couldn’t eat it all as I ate too much of the nachos. Saved it for lunch for next day. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back!

We were the only customers in the place took forever for food to come. Food was ok quality , but nothing was prepared as requested. Coke was watered down in pitcher with ice when served. Real time review still waiting to pay check, Ben waiting 15 min for a check.... hmmmm will not return

Eclectic mix of American, southern and Mexican food. Taco Tuesday and Happy Hour specials are a great value.

Best damn pulled pork sandwich I've ever had

The place was packed! Obviously a local hub for entertainment and food. However, since there was a special event with the Mexi Kings the staff was spread pretty thin. The bartender had a very hard time keeping up with the tickets. Our table waited about 45 min to get a few draft beers. The food took almost an hour. The orders were wrong and missing sides. When the check came there was a mix up with what was ordered. The hostess was very helpful and picked up the waitress slack by attending our drinks and clearing our plates.

Best medium rare ribeye and top shelf Cynz3n Rita made to perfection by a special mixology team.

Their margaritas are really good but may I suggest the strawberry and lime margarita it's my personal favorite that I decided to have them customize one specifically for me i call it the strawberry limeade margarita I promise you won't be disappointed and their cheese balls are to die for their pasta could have been a little better but overall it was good again try that custom drink ;)

To my surprise is was good! After some bad reviews I was turned off but tried it any way and everything was very good do yourself a favor and try the cheese balls!!!

Friend called to ask about if there were any specials. Women on the phone was very rude to him.

Drinks were very good, but food really horrible! We are visiting from out of town and was looking forward to a nice meal. Very dissappointed, to say the least.

Nice place to eat. Got to put some gumbo filet in that gumbo it taste good but it is missing the flavor of Gumbo Filet. My opinion only.
